PICKLEBALL COURT RULES & REGULATIONS
PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
 
Community Play every morning from 7AM – 10AM – NO OUTSIDE GUESTS
 
Ø  Random Community Play - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 
(players play each other randomly)
 
Ø  Arranged Community Play - Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday 
(players may choose who to play with)
 
Open Play every day after 10AM – Each residential unit limited to one court if an outside guest is included, and the resident must be playing on the court with the outside guest. No tournaments, round-robin, or other group play involving more than one court is permitted, unless scheduled in advance by the official Pickleball Committee.
Outside Guest is anyone who isn’t living/staying overnight in Parker Lakes. Each Outside Guest is limited to playing a maximum of 6 days per year on Parker Lakes courts.
 
1. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
2. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Non-marking rubber-soled shoes and appropriate clothing must be worn.
4. Pets, food, chairs, and coolers are prohibited on the courts. Non-alcoholic beverages in non-glass, spill-resistant containers are permitted.
5. Each resident must scan in with their proximity card upon entry.
6. Gates must be kept closed. Do not open gates at the request of others. You are responsible for anyone you allow to enter, including outside guests.
7. When all courts are in use, players will play a single game ending at 9 points, and those waiting must use the paddle rotation system.
8. Parker Lakes pickleball players must do their best to monitor the use and rules implemented on the pickleball courts.
